Shipping Charges
Within India
A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applied to every domestic order, regardless of the order value. This will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
International Orders
International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order. The applicable fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any local charges levied by your country’s authorities are the responsibility of the buyer. Manuals has no control over these charges and is unable to predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
Delivery Time
Within India — 4 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
International — 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at contact@themanuals.in.
Packaging
Every piece from theManuals is packed with great care. We use appropriate protective materials including bubble wrap, foam padding, and sturdy corrugated boxes to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. For fragile or delicate works, additional care is taken during packaging to preserve the integrity of the piece.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners including FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DHL for international shipments. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each order to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@themanuals.in with clear photographs of the damage. We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.
