Return Policy:
You may return a product within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided that the product is in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@themanuals.in and provide us with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Please note that the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance when returning a product to us, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost, or send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at contact@themanuals.in as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return as outlined in our return policy.
